The committee of Dalbeattie Riding of the Marches would like to give a huge thank you to the Dalbeattie & District Lions Club for their incredibly generous donation of £400 towards our 2026 event preparations.
Support like this makes a tremendous difference to community organisations such as ours and will help us purchase essential equipment for the event, including items such as sashes, saddle pads, and other important materials needed throughout the year.
On the evening of our Bingo Night on 12th May 2026, Chairperson Hayley and Junior Lad Orlando briefly escaped the busy hall to meet with members of the Lions Club and receive our cheque.
We are extremely grateful for the continued support and encouragement shown by local organisations as we work to build Dalbeattie Riding of the Marches into a lasting community tradition rooted in heritage, pride, and togetherness.
